How Justo uses essential cookies and browser storage.
1. Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to the Justo admin panel, public compliance pages, and the Justo website chat widget. It explains the limited browser storage used to operate these services.
2. Essential session cookies
The Justo admin panel uses functional cookies to keep an authorized hotel team member signed in and to protect the authenticated session. These cookies are necessary for the requested service and are not used for advertising.

3. Website chat widget storage
The guest chat widget uses localStorage, not advertising cookies, to keep an anonymous conversation session available on the same browser and device. This lets a guest continue the current chat without starting a new conversation after every page load.
Message content and any contact details voluntarily entered by a guest are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Advertising and analytics
Justo does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies on the platform pages covered by this Policy.
Links from Justo to external services, including Meta products, open services governed by their own cookie and privacy policies.
5. Your controls
You can clear cookies and localStorage through your browser settings. Clearing an admin session cookie signs you out. Clearing widget localStorage starts a new anonymous chat session on that browser.
